– Hand Mixer – Mixing Bowls – 9×13 Baking Dish – Silicone Spatula
– 14 ounces Oreos – 4 tablespoons butter softened – 8 ounces cream cheese softened – 1 cup confectioners sugar – 3 1/2 cups milk – 2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding 10.2 ounces total – 12 ounces Cool Whip 1 1/2 small containers
1. Crush Oreos in a food processor and spread half in a 9 x 13 inch pan. 2. Cream butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding and milk, then fold in Cool Whip.
4. Add spoonfuls of creamed mixture to the pudding mixture and mix well. 5. Pour the creamy mixture over the Oreos in the pan and sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top.
