– Microwave-Safe Bowl – Spatula – Parchment Paper – Knife – Measuring Cups
– 397 g condensed milk – 20 Oreos broken into pieces – 500 g white chocolate broken into chunks
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking tin with non-stick baking paper and set aside. 2. Heat a large saucepan over low to medium heat, then add the condensed milk and white chocolate.
3. Stir continuously until the mixture is thick and smooth, and starts to peel away from the base and sides of the pan. 4. Turn off the heat, add the broken Oreos, and fold them in until evenly distributed.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth it out to the edges. 6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set and firm. Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve. Enjoy!
