– 4 cups cold milk – 2 3.9 ounce packages instant chocolate pudding mix – 1 14 ounce package chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo), crushed – 1 baked pie crust – 1 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed (Optional)
1. In a large bowl, beat together cold milk and chocolate pudding mix until thick and smooth. 2. Stir in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
3. Refrigerate the pudding mixture for about 10 minutes until it starts to set. 4. Spread the semi-set pudding mixture into a baked pie crust..
