– 9 Full Chicken Wings drums & flat – 1 Tbsp Butter melted – 1 Tsp Salt – 1/2 Tsp Pepper – 1 Tsp Dried Oregano Try this one – 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika Try this one – 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper I recommend this one – 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1. Separate the wings into drums and flats. Season them with salt, pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika, oregano, melted butter, and lime or lemon juice. 2. Bake the seasoned wings in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes.
3. Mix the partially cooked wings with hot sauce, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. 4. Bake the coated wings in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for another 10-15 minutes. 5. Serve the crispy wings with a cheesy dip.
