– Large mixing bowl – Measuring Spoon – Whisk – Baking sheet – Oven
– 1 cup vegetable or canola oil – 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or garlic powder if you prefer less salt – 2 bags oyster crackers, about 16 ounces each – 1 ounce package dry ranch dressing mix – 1 ounce package of dry ranch dressing mix
1. Preheat your oven to 200°F. 2. In a big bowl, whisk together 1 cup of oil, a packet of dry ranch dressing, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt (or powder if you want less salt), and a bit of dried dill.
3. Toss your oyster crackers into the mix. Make sure they're all nicely coated. Lay your coated crackers on a large baking sheet. Spread them out evenly. 4. Pop the sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes, give them a good stir, then bake for another 15 minutes.
5. Take them out and let them cool. They'll get crunchier as they cool down. 6. Once they're cool, dive in and enjoy the deliciousness! Store your Ranch Oyster Crackers in a sealed container for later snacking. Easy peasy!
