– 4 cups sliced fresh peaches – ½ cup all-purpose flour – ½ cup brown sugar – ½ cup cold butter – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon salt – 1 cup rolled oats
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Arrange 4 cups of sliced fresh peaches evenly in an 8×8-inch baking dish.
4. In a bowl, mix ½ cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup cold butter, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon salt with a pastry cutter until crumbly. 5. Fold 1 cup rolled oats into the flour mixture. 6. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the peaches and press down lightly.
