– 1 mug or ramekin – Microwave
– 3 tbsp oat flour – 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder – 1/2 tsp baking powder – 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder – 1 tbsp coconut sugar – 1/4 cup almond milk
– Mix all dry ingredients in a mug or ramekin. – Add almond milk and stir in half of the chocolate chips.
– Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. – Microwave for 60-80 seconds until the mug cake expands to the top. Check every 10 seconds after 30 seconds
– Once cooked, sprinkle with sea salt for a finishing touch. – Serve and enjoy your quick and delicious mug cake!
