– Cast Iron Skillet – Spatula or Tongs – Measuring Spoons – Cutting Board and Knife
– 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined – 2 tbsp garlic finely chopped – 1/2 fresh lemon (juice) – 1/2 cup softened butter – 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese – 1 tbsp pure olive oil – 1, 1/2 cups white wine – 1 tsp italian seasoning – 1 tbsp parsley
– Heat a cast iron skillet and add olive oil. – Add shrimp and cook until tender, then set aside. – Cook minced garlic for 2-3 minutes, ensuring it doesn't brown.
– Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer until reduced by half. – Add Italian seasoning once the sauce is reduced. – Reduce heat and add butter, ensuring it doesn't separate
– Return shrimp to the skillet, add parsley, and season with salt and pepper. – Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
