- 8 Turkey Wings - 3 tbps Cooking Oil - 1 Onion, chopped - 1 Bell Pepper, chopped - 3 cloves Garlic, minced - 1 cup Diced Tomatoes - 1 cup Chicken Broth - 1 tbps Dried Thyme, Oregano - 2 Bay Leaves
1. Season turkey wings with salt and pepper. 2. Brown wings in hot oil, then set aside. 3. Sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic until softened. 4. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, herbs, and optional sauces
5. Return wings to skillet, simmer covered for 1-1.5 hours. 6. Optionally thicken sauce with flour slurry. 7. Remove bay leaves, serve hot with sauce.
