– 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup plain greek yogurt – 1 cup sugar – 3 large eggs – 1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract – 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8 or 9-inch loaf pan. 2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. 3. Combine Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs, almond extract, and oil in a large bowl; gradually mix in dry ingredients.
4. Fold in diced strawberries and pour batter into the prepared pan. 5. Bake for 50 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. 6. Mix smashed strawberries and powdered sugar for the glaze; pour over cooled cake, let set, slice, and serve.
