– 2 pounds ground turkey – 2 tsp kosher salt – 1,1/2 tsp ground sage – 1/2 tsp dried marjoram – 1 tbsp brown sugar – 1,1/2 tsp ground black pepper – 1,1/2 tsp ground thyme – 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
– Mix turkey and spices in a bowl until well combined. – Shape mixture into patties. – Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
– Fry patties in batches until golden brown and cooked through, 6-8 minutes per batch. – Use thermometer to ensure patties reach at least 165°F (74°C) in the center.
