– Cutting Board – Sharp Knife – Bowl – Spatula and Tongs – Grater (if using cheese) – Serving Platter – Toothpicks (optional)
– 1 pound turkey breast sliced – 4 whole wheat tortillas large – 1 cup lettuce shredded – 1 cup tomatoes diced – 1 cup cucumbers thinly sliced – 1 ripe avocado sliced – ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional) – ¼ cup Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce – Salt and pepper to taste
1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. 2. Evenly distribute the turkey slices onto each tortilla. 3. Layer on the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, avocado slices, and feta cheese (if using). 4. Drizzle Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce over the ingredients.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Carefully fold the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly, creating a wrap. 7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for serving.
