Ugadi Pachadi Recipe: Refreshing and Healthy Drink

- Cutting Board, Knife - Bowl - Saucepan or Pot - Measuring cups and spoons - Spatula or spoon - Strainer

Equipment 

- 1 tbps tamarind - ¼ cup water - ⅓ cup water - ¼ cup jaggery – chopped - ⅓ cup mangoes finely chopped unripe - 2 tbps neem flowers - ¼ tbps black pepper - ¼ tbps salter

Ingredients 

. Soak a small piece of tamarind in water to extract its sour flavor. 2. Peel and chop a raw mango into small pieces. 3.Dissolve jaggery in water to make a sweet syrup.

Instruction 

4. Mix in the chopped raw mango. 5. Add a pinch of chili powder and salt. 6. Stir everything together until the flavors blend well. 7. Once satisfied with the taste, your Ugadi Pachadi is ready to serve.
