Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 3 slices of cooked bacon or use ham etc.
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 to 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon until crispy.
  • Spread softened butter on two slices of bread.
  • Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat a tablespoon of butter, oil, or cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat and pour in the eggs, spreading them evenly.
  • Place the buttered bread slices on top of the eggs, butter side up, with the bottoms about 1/4 inch apart.
  • Once the eggs are set, carefully flip the entire thing, fold the egg edges to fit the bread, and add cheese and bacon.
  • Cook each side of the sandwich until golden brown, then serve hot, cutting it in half or diagonally. Enjoy!
