Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Ripe Banana mashed
  • 1/2 Cup Milk any type you prefer
  • 1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed banana, milk, Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oats are set.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Add your favorite toppings if desired.

  1. Ensure the oats are fully mixed with the wet ingredients to achieve a consistent texture.
  2. Customize the sweetness by adjusting the amount of maple syrup or adding natural sweeteners like honey.
