Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
Transfer balls to a freezer bag and freeze for at least 1 hour until very firm.
Insert a toothpick into each ball.
Melt chocolate until smooth.
Dip each ball into chocolate, shake off excess, place on a parchment-lined sheet, and cover the toothpick hole with a pecan half. Let set.
