Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the pizza crust into the pan, stretching it to the edges. Brush with olive oil and poke with a fork.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and milk.
In a skillet, melt butter and scramble the egg mixture until fluffy.
Spread the sausage gravy over the pizza crust.
Layer scrambled eggs, shredded Colby jack cheese, and bacon pieces on top.
Roll up the crust and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
