Instructions
In a bowl, combine buttermilk (or kefir), sour cream, mayonnaise, white vinegar, onion powder (or chives), parsley, dill, garlic powder (or garlic), salt, and pepper.
Whisk until smooth and well-combined.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
For dressing: Use 3/4 tsp salt; for dip: Use 1/2 tsp salt.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld
