Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • additional seasonings optional!

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
  • Roll the mixture into about 30 small balls.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Enjoy warm with your favorite sauce!
