Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 heaping cups mini marshmallows or about 52 large marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon green food coloring
  • 6 cups cornflakes cereal
  • 1/2 cup red hots or small red cinnamon candies

Instructions

  • Measure the cornflakes into a large bowl.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until fully melted. Stir in food coloring.
  • Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cornflakes and stir to coat evenly.
  • Lay a piece of parchment paper on the counter.
  • Spoon the cornflake mixture onto the parchment paper in small dollops.
  • Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray (or wet them with water) and shape each dollop into a wreath.
  • Top each wreath with cinnamon candies and let them cool until set.
