Ingredients

raw flax seeds

Instructions
Place flax seeds in a mixing bowl.
Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Pour in cold water and stir.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Transfer soaked flax seeds to the prepared baking sheet. Spread out into a thin, flat rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick, using a spatula.
Score the rectangle into about 32 small rectangles.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 3 hours until the flax seeds have darkened and contracted slightly.
Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then break into individual crackers.
