Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 large lemon juiced (2 tbs)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400℉ or air fryer to 375℉.
  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken, then place in a ziploc bag.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, spices, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
  • Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the bag, seal, and coat the chicken. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.
  • Store the remaining marinade in the fridge for serving (do not mix with raw chicken).
  • Bake the chicken for 17-20 minutes or air fry for 12 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken topped with the reserved marinade.
