Preheat your oven to 400℉ or air fryer to 375℉.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken, then place in a ziploc bag.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, spices, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the bag, seal, and coat the chicken. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.
Store the remaining marinade in the fridge for serving (do not mix with raw chicken).
Bake the chicken for 17-20 minutes or air fry for 12 minutes.
Serve the chicken topped with the reserved marinade.
