Ingredients

  • 8 pounds king crab legs
  • 1 cup salted butter 
  • 8 cloves  garlic
  • 4 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

  • Preheat Smoker: Fire up your smoker and allow it to fully preheat to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Smoke Crab Legs: Place the king crab legs directly on the grill grates of the smoker. Close the lid and smoke for 1 hour or until the meat is heated through.
  • Make BBQ Butter: While the crab legs are smoking, prepare the BBQ butter. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients for the BBQ butter and heat until everything is melted and the sugars have dissolved.
  • Serve: Once the crab legs are smoked to perfection, remove them from the heat and transfer them to a serving platter. Serve immediately with the warm BBQ butter dipping sauce.
