Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower approximately 4 cups chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt full fat
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  • Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Microwave or boil chopped cauliflower until tender.
  • Heat yogurt and cream cheese until bubbling, whisk in spices and shredded cheese.
  • Pour cheese sauce over cauliflower, sprinkle with more cheese, bake until bubbly.
