Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 10 oz frozen spinach or 16 ounces fresh spinach
  • 18 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Combine 16 oz sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, and 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix in a mixing bowl.
  • Cook 10 oz frozen spinach according to package directions, or use 16 oz fresh spinach, and squeeze out excess water.
  • Add the drained and chopped spinach to the mixing bowl.
  • Drain and dice an 18 oz can of water chestnuts.
  • Slice 3 green onions and add to the bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled with your favorite dippers.
