Combine 16 oz sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, and 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix in a mixing bowl.
Cook 10 oz frozen spinach according to package directions, or use 16 oz fresh spinach, and squeeze out excess water.
Add the drained and chopped spinach to the mixing bowl.
Drain and dice an 18 oz can of water chestnuts.
Slice 3 green onions and add to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve chilled with your favorite dippers.
