Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp seasoning mix
  • 1 cup light cream

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a soup pot over medium-high heat.
  • Add onions and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add lobster meat and seasoning, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Slowly add evaporated milk, then gradually pour in regular milk and cream while stirring continuously.
  • Heat the stew until it's almost boiling, but be careful not to let it boil.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool before refrigerating overnight.
  • The next day, heat the stew slowly until hot but not boiling.
  • Enjoy your delicious lobster stew!
