Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Powercakes Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 eggs
  • 16 oz breakfast sausage
  • 6 slices cheese optional
  • maple syrup optional
  • cooking spray or oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet and coat it with cooking spray or oil.
  • Mix 1 cup of Kodiak Cakes mix with 1 cup of water to make the batter.
  • Cook 3-4 inch pancakes on the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  • Form 6 sausage patties and cook them until browned and cooked through.
  • Optional: Melt cheese slices over the sausage patties as they finish cooking.
  • Beat the eggs and cook them as either scrambled eggs or a patty on the skillet.
  • Assemble the sandwiches with pancakes, sausage, eggs, and optional cheese.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup if desired, and enjoy!
