Mule Moscow Recipe
Moscow mules are refreshing on hot summer days, sure, but they’re also holiday-appropriate thanks to the strong ginger flavor. They strike that elusive balance between spicy, sweet and strong, and I’d sip one any day.

Instructions
Fill a copper mug (or a highball glass) with ice cubes.
Pour 2 ounces of vodka over the ice.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime (approximately 1/2 ounce) into the mug.
Top off with ginger beer, filling the mug almost to the top.
Gently stir the ingredients to combine.
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the mug.
Serve and enjoy your refreshing Moscow Mule.
Notes
Use high-quality vodka, fresh lime juice, and good-quality ginger beer for the best flavor.
While not essential, using a copper mug is traditional and can enhance the drinking experience by keeping the cocktail colder for longer.
A lime wedge not only adds a pop of color but also complements the flavors of the cocktail. You can also add a sprig of mint for extra freshness.
