Instructions
Brown ground beef in a large sauté pan.
Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess juice.
Chop onion, garlic, pepper, tomato, and cilantro.
Add vegetables to the meat, along with olives, brine, cumin, bay leaf, and more salt if needed.
Mix in tomato sauce and water, simmer covered for 20 minutes.
