Ingredients

  • 300 g Strong bread flour
  • 1 Tsp instant yeast
  • 1 Tsp salt

  • 200 ml lukewarm water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour and yeast together.
  • Add the salt, olive oil, and water, then mix to form a dough.

  • Punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Add your favorite toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
