Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In another bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest to create the filling.
Spread the coconut-lime filling evenly over the baked crust. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
