Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, lime juice, ginger, and chili flakes.
  • Stir in coconut milk and water until well combined.
  • Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  1. Adjust the spiciness by increasing or decreasing the amount of chili flakes.
  2. For a smoother sauce, blend the ingredients together before simmering.
