Ingredients

  • 12 whole fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking sheet.
  • Clean and chop mushrooms, sauté garlic and stems until dry.
  • Mix in cheeses and spices, stuff mushroom caps generously.
  • Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20 mins.
  • Serve hot as a delicious appetizer.
