Ingredients

  • 3 Egg
  • 3 slices Bacon or sausage
  • 1 Tortilla
  • 1/3 cup Cheese
  • 2 Potatoes

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Cook bacon or sausage until crispy. Scramble eggs in a pan until fluffy. Saute diced potatoes and veggies until tender.
  • Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm and flexible.
  • Assemble Burritos: Lay out a warm tortilla. Add a scoop of scrambled eggs, followed by cooked bacon or sausage, sautéed potatoes and veggies, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  • Roll Up Burritos: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling.
  • Optional: Heat in Oven: If desired, place assembled burritos in a preheated oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and crisp up the tortilla.
