Ingredients

  • 900 grams Skinless Chicken Leg Both drumstick and thigh
  • 400 grams Spinach
  • 100 grams Onions
  • 100 grams Tomato
  • 2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 100 grams Full Fat Greek Yogurt or hung curd
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 50 grams Fresh Cream Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powd
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • Cut gashes in chicken.
  • Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 1 hour.
  • Cook spinach with water, puree, and set aside.
  • Sauté onions in ghee, then add ginger and garlic.
  • Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then add chicken.
  • Mix in spinach puree, cook for 10-12 minutes, garnish with cream, and serve.
